This person should have a very clear understanding of your brand so that they can find your potential customers and engage them using social media. They should also understand how to use keywords and marketing reports to find your targeted audience.
- Stay Current and On Topic
Once your audience has been engaged, your Social Media Manager should respond to any initiation of conversation in a timely manner. They should stay up-to-date with your businesses current status and products so that they can effectively create a customer during their interactions. This is a person that you should have confidence in and really trust to protect your presence on the web.
