Invest in their growth and they will invest in yours. If you do this, your staff will stick with you through thick and, most importantly, thin.

3. Do The Right Thing. Always.
No cutting corners, no slacking off. If you succumb to the convention of situational ethics your reputation will suffer. Be honest and trustworthy. Never do just the minimum; give your clients what they need.
